How Foxel works, your responsibilities, and where to get help with projects, credits and subscriptions.

The service
Foxel is operated by Ryan Stewart in Ontario, Canada. These terms cover your use of its video editing and creation tools. Questions? Email theryanstew@gmail.com.
Review transcripts, edits and generated content before publishing. Automated results can contain mistakes, and Foxel does not guarantee views, audience growth or income.
Your account
Use an email address you control, provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials to bypass usage limits.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and have authority to act for any organization you represent.
Your content and processing
You retain your rights in content you submit. Only use material you own or have permission to process and publish, including rights relating to people, music and images.
You authorize Foxel and its service providers to store, copy, analyze, transform and deliver your content as needed to provide, secure and recover the service you request. This does not transfer ownership to Foxel. See Privacy for connected processing services.
Using Foxel responsibly
Do not use Foxel for unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access to private files, payment abuse, harassment or attempts to evade security, credit or capacity controls. Treat generated identities, voices and edited media responsibly and obtain permissions required by law.
Access may be restricted to address abuse, security risks or payment problems. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
Saving, storage and exports
Save edits before leaving a project, download finished files and keep your own originals. Foxel provides working storage, not permanent archival storage.
Account shows your limits; Library shows project expiry. Expired projects may be removed. Opening, archiving or favoriting a clip does not prevent its source project from expiring. Deleting a source project removes its working clips and media; see Privacy for retained recovery copies.
Credits and subscriptions
Review the price, currency, billing period, allowances and applicable taxes before purchase. Subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout unless cancelled. Monthly allowances expire at the end of their period. Existing annual plans receive fresh allowances monthly; separately purchased credits retain their stated expiry.
Export credits, source-analysis minutes, media and optional AI services have separate allowances or charges. Your quote appears before processing; Account shows usage. Failed work releases its reserved allowance, while successfully completed steps still count.
Allow time for payment confirmation. If your purchase is missing from Account, contact support rather than purchasing it again.
Cancellation and billing help
Cancel renewal in Account or contact support for help. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid period; check the effective date before confirming. Cancellation does not itself request a refund.
Contact Billing support for plan changes or refund requests. Refunds and related credit adjustments are reviewed individually. Include your account email and invoice reference, never full card details. These terms do not limit consumer rights required by applicable law.
Privacy, questions and changes
Our Privacy notice explains how information is used and how to request access, correction or deletion. Support handles service and billing questions.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes affecting existing purchases or requiring consent will receive appropriate notice.
