About this notice
This notice covers the hosted Foxel service. Contact Foxel’s privacy contact at theryanstew@gmail.com with questions or requests. Our Terms identify the service operator.
Information we use
- Account information: your email and sign-in details. Google sign-in also supplies your name and profile picture.
- Project information: uploaded or imported media, transcripts, thumbnails, edits, exports, scripts, prompts and reference material you submit.
- Service records: processing status, technical and error information, usage, billing references and messages you send to support.
Foxel uses this information to provide your workspace, process requested work, save and recover projects, enforce service limits, prevent abuse and help resolve problems.
Service providers
We use Supabase for sign-in, Resend for account email, Render for hosting and video processing, and Cloudflare for storage and bot protection. Stripe handles payments; Foxel keeps payment references and subscription status.
Foxel and these providers process information needed to operate, support and protect the service. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, where local laws and government access rules may differ.
Optional tools and imported links
If you choose a connected AI tool, its necessary inputs—such as a prompt, script, transcript excerpt or reference image—are sent to the selected provider. Supported connections include OpenAI for images and writing, fal for selected image models and ElevenLabs for narration. Availability is shown in the tool.
These providers have their own processing and retention practices. Using the editor does not send your media to every AI provider. Link imports contact the source platform; Social Tracker can request public YouTube statistics.
Project storage and expiry
Account shows storage limits; Library shows each project’s expiry. Expired projects may be removed. Saving meaningful edits can extend the deadline under your plan; opening, favoriting or archiving a clip does not prevent expiry.
Foxel is not permanent archival storage. Keep your own originals and download files you want to retain. Deleting a source project also removes its working clips and media.
Recovery backups and deletion
Private recovery backups are retained in a rolling history. Deleting a project does not immediately erase every backup or provider copy. Older recovery copies and records needed for billing, security or legal obligations may remain longer.
Contact support to request account deletion or removal from retained copies. We verify ownership and consider deletion requests before restoring older data.
Your choices and requests
Email theryanstew@gmail.com from your account address to request access, correction, account closure or deletion, or to raise a concern. We may verify ownership and will explain any limits on your request.
You can choose not to use optional connected tools. Withdrawing processing needed for an account or project may prevent us from providing that part of the service. Some records may need to remain for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
We will update this notice for material changes and seek consent where required. See Support for help.
