Terms of Use for Foxel AI

Introduction

Welcome to Foxel AI. Foxel AI is operated by Foxel Digital Pte. Ltd. located in Singapore. By accessing and using our platform and services you accept and agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions in these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms you must not access and use our platform and services.

Description of Service

Foxel AI provides digital tools designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial consultants through data management and client interaction enhancements facilitated by AI technology. This includes but is not limited to automation tools, client communication enhancements, and analytical insights.

User Registration and Information

You may be required to register with Foxel AI to access certain services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form and maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security or compromise;
  • ensure that you log off your account at the end of each session when accessing the platform and services; and
  • take all other reasonable steps to secure your password and account.

Prohibited Activities

You shall not use the services of Foxel AI to:

  • upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
  • harm or cause harm to any persons, including minors, in any way;
  • impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • conduct any other activity which in our reasonable opinion is unacceptable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All contents provided on Foxel AI such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof and any software used on the site are the property of Foxel Digital Pte. Ltd. or its suppliers and are protected by all relevant intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The contents and services of Foxel AI are provided on an "as is" and “as available” basis. No warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory (including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer virus) is given in conjunction with the contents and services of Foxel AI.

We do not warrant:

  • the truth, accuracy, adequacy, reliability, completeness, reasonableness, currency, or timeliness of the contents contained in or accessed through our platform and we expressly disclaim liability for any errors in or omissions in such contents or for the results obtained from the use of the contents and services of Foxel AI; and
  • that the contents and services available through this Foxel AI or any functions associated therewith will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected or that our platform and server are and will be free of all viruses and/or other malicious, destructive, or corrupting code, programme, or macro.

In no event shall Foxel AI be liable for damages, expenses, costs or loss of any kind (including without limitation any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity) howsoever caused as a result (direct or indirect) of or in connection with your use of our contents and services or reliance on any information, materials, tools, or online services provided in or available from the contents and services regardless of the form of action.

Under no circumstances shall Foxel AI be liable for any failure of performance, system, server, or connection failure, interruption, defect, error, omission, delay in operation or transmission, breach of security, malicious code, computer virus, or inability or unavailability to use or access in connection with your accessing our contents and services.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the platform without cause or notice which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

Foxel Digital Pte. Ltd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore.
